Every one of our soups begins with homemade stock and is then filled with fresh ingredients to create the most aromatic, flavorful soups that are light, hot, and filling! One of our favorites! Made with our own homemade andouille sausage. We start with a dark roux, then add the trinity, okra, homemade chicken stock, and roasted chicken.
At Chattown Catering, our vegetable options feature only the freshest vegetables prepared and presented in a variety of different ways. Whether you choose our roasted Creole Green Beans with Bacon and Onions, our Honey-Grilled Brussels Sprouts, or a platter of Mixed Grilled Vegetables, you can be certain that the ingredients are fresh and the preparation will be filled with intense, delicious flavors!
Our selection of meats ranges from the common-place to the extravagant! Denise and her crew did an absolute fantastic job with our wedding out in Whitwell, TN at Mountain Willow Manor! We could not have been more pleased with how the wedding went! She helped so much with coordinating, decorating, food, and everything! It was flawless! Communication was fantastic, she really helped deal with other vendors for the wedding, setting up a timeline, and just making the whole experience very smooth. The food included was absolutely incredible! Having a bartender really helped and the ability to pick up our cake and bring it and provide all the dishware for the wedding was

All I can say is oh my gosh.. Denise & her husband are amazing, the staff was amazing, and oh my the food was incredible! Everyone at the wedding talked about how delicious everything was. It was seriously my dream wedding & chattown catering helped make it happen without a hitch! They felt as if they were apart of the family! Best experience!

We had the pleasure of hiring Denise and her amazing crew to cater our daughters wedding on April 24th. To say that it went seamlessly is an understatement! We never once worried about any of the catering details! Denise and her staff were also hired to cater the rehearsal dinner and it was delicious! Plenty of food for everyone to go back for seconds! Her staff was very personable and accommodating throughout the event! We even have some footage of her staff dancing with us! Would highly recommend for any event! Very professional ❤️❤️

We initially entered an agreement plus $1500.00 down for our event, we closely evaluated the agreement which was open ended, which in turn would have been extremely expensive. We then contacted another caterer which provided all that Denise was going to, at half the cost with better quality and all we wanted. When we elected to cancel, trying to get refunded the deposit was a chore in its self. So unless you have deep pockets be warned

Chattown Catering led was extremely professional and accommodating and provided great quality food for my wedding.
Denise specifically far surpassed the role of a caterer. Helping with coordination, making announcements and even offering to hold and take care of a crying baby! Their services really tied the entire ceremony together, highly recommended.

I just had a wedding last weekend that was catered by Chattown and I literally couldn't have asked for better service. Denise, one of the owners, was very quick to respond to any emails and was very informative and helpful during the entire process. The food tastes like it came straight from mama's kitchen and was absolutely delicious and received many compliments throughout the evening by the guests. The staff that showed up to the venue were perfect and very helpful without feeling intrusive or in the way. Chattown also offers other services such as wedding planning and coordinating services

We hired Chattown to do catering and wedding coordinating. Denise and her team made our day SO smooth, beautiful, and fun. My parents, my husband's parents, and the two of us were able to be fully present and enjoy the most important day of our lives because of her hard and incredible work.
Everything looked so beautiful and was exactly what I hoped my wedding would be like. We didn't have to worry about a thing! She worked with us to choose linens, chairs, and table arrangements.
