I love my GMC. Not happy that I have only had it for 6 months and already have to replace the battery.... That I was told was new when I got it... But over all... Other than the battery! Great people. Great attitudes! and very helpful mechanics!!! Everyone is always nice and greet you so much when you walk in the door you don't know who to go to. Lol... ☺

Rip offs, bought used car 3 days later A/C stopped working. Called they just said you didn't buy our warranty you are on your own. Started looking into problem and found that the prepped for sale car had a completely blocked cabin air filter which may have ruined compressor. Has a sticker that says oil change was done but i will have one done asap as I do not trust it was done.

I tried to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Sales Associate provided great Customer Service, but she nor her Manager were familiar with the most current incentives and Chrysler’s financing offer. I was originally quoted a price $3,000+ over what it should have been. I had to direct the Sales Associate to Jeep’s website for accurate… pricing, then the Manager corrected the quote. My trade in vehicle was originally priced $3,000+ below Kelly Blue Book’s value, which Jeep uses on their website. The trade-in offer was not increased even after I presented the vehicle

A huge shout out to the service department. There was an issue with my vehicle,. The problem was covered under warranty.
It was handled in a professional manner. What stood out for me was the service manager’s communication. He kept me informed of the situation and the timeline.

I went in for a simple oil change. I was greeted by Donnie who was very sweet. I did not have a appointment that morning but he managed to work me in. Not only did he take care of that he also did a recall for me. He’s super nice and if your a woman like me who hates going to service centers because you get ripped off by the upselling then Donnie is your guy and walts is the place to be
