I worked with Debbie who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to get me a quote and had the documents ready and in time to close on my mortgage. Please do not business with King Insurance. My business policy was cancelled last year and I am still being billed for the insurance even after being cancelled for a year of the business. And only that we got a new life insurance policy and cancelled the old one with the refund due on their part. They didn't even bother to cancel the policy properly and kept billing. I had to call them and sort things out myself. Shame on them for being so unprofessional.

I have had a policy with them on a house I bought for my daughter since 2017. I do not live there-she does but I pay the insurance so the bill comes to me. Plus I am on the deed as a remainderman.
I only went with them because my agent in Belleview retired and they bought the business.
My husband died in 2018 and I moved to Summerfield. When I received my bill in 2019, I sent back to King Insurance the Premium Notice with a check for the insurance for 2019-2020. On that notice I checked change of address and wrote that my husband died and gave them my new

They sold me a TERRIBLE insurance policy with awful deductibles and coverages for all my residential properties. They bound me through a finance company that is now pursuing me in legal action because they did not cancel the policy like I Asked them to IN WRITING VIA EMAIL.
I gave them my account and routing number before they sent me the policy… information. I did not think it would bind me but they did!
THIS COMPANY IS SHADY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
