Services
Part of our mission is to offer a high quality Christian educational program for all children in our care suited to their age groups. Children retain more information and are more eager to learn when the topic is relevant and important to them. They are taught using best practices as outlined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children which defines "high quality" in the field of early education.
Life Christian Academy is a private co-educational school for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a wide range of learning abilities. Our approach is to help each student as an individual achieve their grade level and beyond, to think critically and objectively, and to learn with a Biblical worldview in mind.
LCA's Camp Cross is the program that provides care for school-age children. Children may attend aftercare and on holidays from school (seasonal breaks, snow days, etc.). We have many great activities planned, and your child is going to have an amazing time having fun, while learning at the same time.
Beth Johnstone is the Director of Life Christian Academy. She is equipped with her Masters of Education, specializing in early childhood development coupled with over 30 years of education experience. Her passion is to see children grow as Christ did in Luke 2:52 "with WISDOM, STATURE and FAVOR with GOD and MAN."

My grandson went there since birth ms Linda was great his next teacher was great and then he became behind because of a hearing loss and the next teacher said she would quit if she had to deal with him so all I can tell you if your child is perfect send them there if not keep away. They call themselves a Christian Academy you figure.

I can’t say enough about what a blessing LCA has been for our family. I appreciate how much effort that goes into taking care of our children & providing a Christian education for them. My 2 year old loves going to school & my 5 year old loves the aftercare. Great teachers, safe environment, reasonable cost & 1 pick-up for those with siblings in school.

I currently have 3 greatgrand children in Life Christian Academy. I have found the teachers,Ms.Danniele,Ms. Kim and the principal,Ms.Beth to be very professional as well as caring and loving. My grandchildren love the school and their teachers. The school itself is great. They have spent a lot of time decorating and making it a fun place to learn. They have an indoor play ground and a good outside playground. They have a chapel and an area to watch appropriate tv or videos. Friday is pizza day and I know mine look forward to this. My son is in love with Kindergarten in large part to the excellent teacher, Mrs. Gina Gilley and all of the activities offered at the school. My 3 year old attends preschool here as well and she looks forward to attending everyday. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and child friendly and the indoor playground is a huge plus with both of my kids. Most importantly they are receiving a solid Christian foundation along with their education!
