STELLAR is an outpatient rehabilitation center staffed with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Massage Therapists. We believe that during rehabilitation, our patients should be educated to maintain maximum flexibility and pain-free living long after our work ends. Our therapists have successfully worked with all types of injuries and we work on patients of any age.
Our Physical Therapists will go through an extensive evaluation to determine the best course of rehabilitative action for you. Our evaluation session includes an extensive review of your medical history where your physical therapist will begin by asking you lots of questions about your health and about the specific condition for which you are seeing the physical therapist.
Improve normal daily activities. Occupational therapy improves strength, dexterity, and coordination while performing tasks, and also assists in decision-making, abstract reasoning, problem solving, perception, memory, sequencing, and more. Return stronger after work injury. Transitional Return-to-Work programs will assist you resuming work tasks on gradual basis, using your actual work duties as a form of rehabilitation.
Studies have shown that cupping treatment helps reducing pain by releasing tissues deep inside the body, relax tense muscles and ease stiffness associated with chronic neck and back pains, migraines, rheumatism and fatigue. Cupping helps alleviate physical complaints and allows people to relax since it sedates the central nervous system.
Massage therapy is recognized as one of the oldest methods of healing, with references in medical texts nearly 4,000 years old. Massage is a general term for pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massage may range from light stroking to deep pressure.
Conditions such as sciatica, carpal tunnel, stiff necks, headaches, sports injuries and many more complaints can be eased with a therapeutic massage treatment.It is important to understand that some forms of massage can leave you feeling a bit sore the next day. But massage shouldn't ordinarily be painful or uncomfortable.

I've had knee problems for over a year but kept putting off PT. Stellar was recommended to me by my brother-in-law and boy was he right! I've been going for about 2 months now and I have to say I'm glad I finally did it. Vertika is an amazing PT! Even though she makes me work hard, it is all worth it at the end. My muscles are all relaxed and I feel no pain or discomfort. The office vibe is very comforting. I don't ever feel rushed even though there are other patients. The staff is great as well. I would definitely recommend Stellar to all my friends!

I can’t praise Stellar enough. After my stroke I looked for a PT and OT facility. My son found Stellar. I will be forever grateful he did. The staff is amazing. So knowledgeable and compassionate. I go three times a week. To tell you the truth, I would go everyday. Thank you Vertika, Kim, Evelyn and Andrew for helping me heal. You are the best! Love you all!

I have received several PT services from many people over the years. Since I have been receiving services by Vertika in the Plainview office I feel and see results. Vertika’s expertise, knowledge, compassion and vibrant positive attitude have inspired and motivated me to help myself. Kim, Evelyn and Kenny are all team players. Stellar Therapy has the most amazing PT and staff :). I was complaining about heavy upper back pain and the first day I was treated the pain relief was the best feeling ever. Physical Therapist Vertika is a goddess in the sense of stretching and applying therapy. I have never felt so different and able to do much more during my daily life functions.
