Bob completed my first car window tint request in 1994 and I am happy to say that I still have the Corvette he tinted and incredibly, the tint work has not aged at all in the 27 years since he completed the work. Needless to say, I have had Bob tint nearly every vehicle that I have purchased and I couldn't be happier with the products, longevity and workmanship.

I was looking for window tint in the Santa Rosa area , I came across this shop. It looked like it had potential, boy I was wrong. Had install done on my Toyota camery . Bob seemed nice at the start but that was only to lure me in and take advantage. The tint he installed was like a bait and switch. He shows some quality in the show room , then when he's in the back it's like he has all this cheap tint that he uses and probably makes a ton off this. This was my first experience with window tinting service, and with the company Sun Tint. My experience was nothing short of amazing. The owner and his worker were very professional, accommodating, timely and easy to work with to say the least.
The only negative thing I could say about my experience is that I was not told that I needed to leave my car for the entire day. If I lived locally, it would have been no big deal but I live over an hour away and was stuck there. I am confident that this was just an oversight, as this business sees a lot of locals and in their defense I did not tell him

I have always brought my vehicles to Sun Tint, they do amazing work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, I could not be happier with the results on my Subaru WRX STI. So when I first planned on leaving this review, I can tell you it wasn't going to be a good one just based off phone interactions. I thought that Bob was quite abrasive and paired with my own abrasive attitude, I did not think it was gonna be a good fit. But I am happy to report that it was, indeed, a good fit. My Windows look stellar and he took very good care of my car. He's very thorough and super knowledgeable. There are some negative reviews but most of them are quite old. Anyone who may have had trouble with the quality should probably point fingers at themselves.

I have been going to Sun Tint for 20 years. I get a new car every 3 years and every 3 years, I call Bob and get my windows tinted. He’s been in business for 30 years, has amazing prices, warranties his work and does a phenomenal job! My tint is flawless every time, customer service is top notch and uses quality tint. I have never had an issue in the 20 years I’ve gone to him. He provides glass cleaner after each tint job and always has you come back in a few days to make sure everything is perfect! Decided to give these guys a try and it was the worst customer service I've ever had. Was told one price over the phone then another once I showed up for my appointment. Then Bob became rude about it. Took my car back to Santa Rosa Window Tint where I know I get the best customer service. Never making the mistake of going anywhere else again.

Bob and his team worked on both of our cars in the same week and did an exceptional job. I'm a perfectionist and I think I found my match in Bob. Not enough that he did a flawless job on the cars but he did it quickly. I just returned from Sun Tint with another car well done. I have been going to Sun Tint since 1995 when Bob, the owner first tinted my BMW 6 Series. Since then he has tinted ten cars for me. Probably one of the best customer services I’ve ever received on top of the excellent window tint results done on my 2019 Honda Accord. I did not know exactly which window tint(s) I wanted going into my appointment but Bob explained everything with clarity. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend!

We just had our second car's window tinted here, my car. Bob gave us lots of options to choose from. He made a great suggestion to have more UV protection on the driver and passenger side front windows. Friendly easy transaction. My daughters 2019 Nissan Kicks was tinted almost a year ago still looks great no problems. When we picked up the car Bob gave us window cleaner and on this trip offer us air freshener. I'm laughing at the air freshener as I had planned to drop off a bag of stinky garbage on my way to our appointment and forgot. Sorry Bob! And anyone else who had to work

Wish I would have brought my car in sooner because Bob did a phenomenal job and I'm thrilled with the results. He is honest about the different tint options and is very consultative before any decisions are made. Other tint shops in the area are booked for months ahead (no fault of their own) but Bob was able to get me in with only 1 week notice. I got on the waiting list for Saturday and he called me as soon as an opening came up. Bob being available on Saturdays is a big plus for those of us who are unable to get away from work M-F. I can not say enough good things about Bob, the owner and his expertise in tinting my car windows over the many years. I have taken all of my cars to his shop, including my Lexus, Mercedes and now my new Mercedes to his shop. He is very precise and knowledgeable about his trade and skill. If you're looking for a tint job this is the place to go. He was very informative and answered all of my questions honestly and in terms I could understand. He even showed me his personal vehicle to explain further the levels of tint and how to tell ceramic tint vs standard tint. Dropped my car off at 10 AM and it was ready by 1PM. Pricing was also very good and didn't change from the time I called for a quote to the time I went in for the appointment!

Hand down, the best place to get your windows tinted. Very good pricing, does an excellent job, bob is the owner and he's supper friendly. I came here today to get my new Prius C tinted. First time getting any car tinted and loved the way it turned out so far. I called to set an appointment with Bob a few weeks out and arrived at 10am. He showed me the different types of window films and shades that they offered. For my commute daily, I am concerned with the hot summer sun while stuck in traffic. Combating heat is priority so he showed me a lamp (the sun) against the different films they have. You can feel the heat still on some and less heat on others. I called them to set an appointment and got what I wanted. My boyfriend recommended me to come here and his tint looked nice so it was easy of who to go to. I dropped it off at 10 am and they said it would be done around 130-2 so I figured I would just go shopping and have lunch because it was gonna take a while. But turns out they finished sooner and was done at 1230, which was great! I didn't have to wait long, I figured it would be a all day thing. But anyways I had a great experience and I think you will too! I highly recommend, the tint looks so good on my car.

I took my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback today to Bob over at Sun Tint based on the reviews on Yelp alone,not just because of his work,but how many times reviews mentioned his customer service,end result? We took our new Ford Fusion to Sun Tint Auto. Bob was very accommodating and fit us into the schedule on a busy Saturday, he explained the process and our choices in great detail, our car was even ready before the estimated time promised. Bob's customer service was amazing and the tint was perfect! We bought our son a gift certificate to tint his car and once again Bob fit us right into the schedule and did another great job on the tint. We plan to take all our vehicles to Sun Tint Auto!
