I started B2N (Back to Normal Construction) in my mind in 2008 when I realized that the company I was working for cared more about pleasing the insurance companies than they did our customers. It was not that they were a terrible company and not that the insurance companies were being horrible, but it really just came down to the little details for me.
Most of our jobs came because we were the "Preferred Provider" for many insurance companies. For me, this concept of a "Preferred Provider" was a conflict of interest that even good meaning people could abuse without realizing it. My dream for B2N is to be the "Preferred Provider" of the people who have suffered a financial loss due to circumstances outside of their control, like wind and hail damage.

A large maple tree dropped a limb on my roof this past summer and punctured it. I hired B2N myself after USAA told me they did not have an adjuster for me locally (too rural, I guess haha) and I am very happy that I did.
Anthony and his crew inspected my roof and found previous hail damage that I had not known about and were able to work with USAA in getting my entire roof replaced. Under normal circumstances this job would be stressful for me, but even with a pandemic raging and affecting supply-chains for parts we needed (to say nothing of people getting sick), Anthony and B2N were professional

I really appreciated the thoughtful professional Steps B2N took with my roofing job. We weren’t so lucky on our last roof with another company.
They did the job with care and even sent in Steve Sr and cousin Caleb to finish up some extra soffit work I needed done after the roofing was done. We love the outcome.

I was very impressed with the customer service and the very professional roof installation!! At 57 years old I have dealt with many roofing companies but never have I been treated with the courtesy and respect I received from B2N they dealt with ever aspect working with my insurance to insure I received the maximum benefits that in turn made sure I received the best roof money could buy at minimal out of pocket cost to me !! I would highly recommend B2N to anyone who needs roofing repairs or replacement!! Once again thank you B2N !!

Outstanding service! Melissa was with us from start to finish. From the first day of inspection to even following up after the job was completed. We are very happy with our new roof, the extra attention to detail, and personable service! The group of workers were in the HOT August sun for 8 hours and completed it in one day’s work.
