It's been a couple weeks so I am not sure if you remember but I came in a panic with a bum knee - I was worried about my training and running again because the Boston Marathon was only weeks away. You worked with my hip and quad to try to loosen everything up. I hope you know how huge of a difference your work made.
So many people ask me "why do you go to see so many live music shows?" My answer is simple, I want to be there to see the "one". The one show that changes the way you look at things. Plain and simple, Ruben is a wizard. I don't trust anyone else to fix me. He is worth every penny he charges, and as much of your time as you are able to give him. He will not let you leave until your problem is solved, and is generous with his energy, thoughts and expertise.

My work and fitness life is very demanding on my body, and as a result, I really need a massage therapist whose going to get the job done. Over the years I've gotten plenty of massages, but Ruben is the only person I've ever been to that actually leaves me feeling "fixed". Finding a massage that is relaxing is easy, but finding a massage therapist with the knowledge of body mechanics and attention to detail that Ruben has is rare – he’s really one in a million!

What can I even say?! Ruben was the one and only reason I made it through 4 years of division 1 rowing and 7 years of elite rowing without any major injuries. Whenever I had a tweak or a rumbling, I would just run over to Big Hands and get it fixed.
Forget "big", this guy's hands are MAGIC. I didn't trust anyone else with my musculoskeletal system back when I was a hard-core athlete, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it now that I am middle-aged mom.
As a bonus, he's a good egg too. Why are you even still reading my review--leave this screen and get yourself an appointment!

I was about say the same things I just read in the other reviews. It is sometimes hard to explain how a deep muscle sports massage person can be so much more effective on my back and hip pain than any chiropractors, PT s, or even Ibuprofen. But my wife and I, plus half a dozen other friends have all come away so much healthier. Plus he is a nice guy!

Ruben is my fix-it guy. I am a distance runner and when I can't run because of injury, I am not a happy person. I first started seeing Ruben several years ago when a nagging groin strain had sidelined me for months. I had seen doctors, physical therapists, and no one could help me. They all just kept telling me to "rest".
I saw Ruben that January and in April I PR'd in the Boston Marathon and qualified for the following year. And I owed it all to Ruben. He got me back on the road, was supportive and helpful, and talked me through my recovery step by step.

Reuben Millor is one of the most skilled massage therapists I have ever encountered. I have had regular massage for many years, in many settings, and cultures. I was a professional dancer so I had a lot of bodywork over the years. Reuben gave me the best massage of my life. No kidding. I highly recommend him.

I have been to many massage therapists. Ruben Millor is the best I have ever seen. He came highly recommended by many of my friends. He was incredibly professional and thorough.
