Dan Martz is a graduate of Portage Central High School and Spring Arbor University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics. Starting in 1979 as a Superintendent for Four Seasons Builders, Dan worked 18 years managing all phases of the building business.
In 1996 Dan established Martz Home Builders L.L.C where he is principle owner and operator. Dan is a Licensed Realtor Associate with Evenboer-Walton Realtors. He is also a Licensed Builder in the state of Michigan, as well as a Certified Green Professional. As a member of the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan, Dan has received the honor of the 2010 and 2019 Builder of the Year award.

The quality and craftsmanship that goes into each and every one of Dan's homes are impeccable! Dan is amazing to work with and is prompt in answering all questions. He is constantly monitoring each home with great care. Each home shows his ability to mix function with wonderful design with an added bonus that each home is energy efficient and green built.
