I have used Kings Realty rental management company to rent out a home I own for over the past 7 years. They have been knowledgeable, communicative, and professional from the very beginning. I have had wonderful renters in my home - I have never had a problem collecting rent money. Also, I have not had any unreasonable repairs needed to my home in this time. Additionally, Madeline and the Kings Realty staff have been able to rent my home out for top dollar. Thank you all for your years of service!

They will steal your money
I only make this statement because of my personal experience with this company
They charged us 800.00 dollars out of my 2000.00 deposit
Breakdown was
500.00 for them claiming that the utilities were not on after we move out they expected us to have the utilities on for a month after moving out
And charged us 250.00 for blinds and cleaning and lightbulbs
The property was cleaned up by us and was 100 times cleaner then when we moved in
Also have pictures to prove that in court

This company is something else!!! They rented us this property when we moved in we couldn't cook in the kitchen the stove was broke the ceiling fans were not safe the maintenance guy came and said don't use it waited to get new ones when it was convenient for them. Mind you they were shaking and Smoking!!!!
The house was a hot mess the stove and kitchen were in awful unsanitary condition I had to clean I just to start moving my stuff in. The stove didn't work so they had to get a new one it only took 1 week we had to order out until we had a stove. it was filthy when we moved in. I had to call

I could write an essay about the problems I've had with this company but I don't have time so I will attempt to keep this short. Rented a property through them for a year and from the very first week there, we were asking for a dryer hookup for electricity and exhaust because the house didn't have either. It took 8 months before they finally got it done and all they ever did was blame the property owner and they would go weeks without replying to our questions on this matter. When it came time to move out covid had started, kings wanted to show the house while we were living there still but since

We currently rent an apartment through these people. We always have trouble getting things fixed. The biggest thing we needed to have fixed was the AC unit and it took a course of 5 months to repair. We were suppose to have installation put in the attic of this apartment and that still hasn't been done. We started renting this place in 2016 at $600 a month and it increased to $625 this year while a majority of issues are still not resolved, bathroom light not working, AC being on the fritz, a window crank that was never repaired when we moved in. The list goes on and on. We may not be renewing
