I have been an annual member here for over 5 years. It was always fast, easy and good experience. Unfortunately, there has been a tremendous change in the past year. Only 1 of the 3 payment lanes is normally open resulting in backups which totally defeats the convenience of an annual pass. The mounted scanner no longer reads my decal, which means that they have to hand scan and then manually enter something into the computer prior to allowing me through. Yesterday I was denied access because they said my annual pass expired in November. I paid for a 12 month pass in March of 2021. The attendant

Spent $25 for NOTHING! Will it come here again. Barely put spray treatment on front of my car, bugs remained afterward. Did not fold my mirrors in, thought they were going to get pulled off. At the exit, two very LAZY guys barely touched my car to dry off the water beads. The usual service bays are fenced off with cones and fencing partitions. One wiped my windshield with an oily rag (tire shine???) leaving oily streaks/residue. Tried to tell him, he just snapped back at me to say pull into a parking spot just outside of the exit door for tire shine. Gave me a thumbs up for good to go - NOT!!!

The car wash in itself is fine. I have the racer works monthly membership. Each time it leaves the car fairly clean some spots but I don’t mind. However today after my car wash I got to work and realized my passenger mirror backing was gone. I called and talked with a worker who found the missing part. They were polite and I came back and collected my piece which had broken off during the wash. My car is a 2019 and has not been involved in an accident, so this wasn’t a weakened a part. This damage occurred here. I know it’s always a risk but I just wanted to share with others.

I live at the rim and have been to this car wash at least 100 times. About 3 years ago when I started, it was a solid car wash.
Nowadays it’s worth driving out of the way to the washtub in Leon springs. I tried and tried to be understanding but it’s simply a terrible car wash in an amazing location. They would be swamped if they did a good job. They’re not.
They changed management here at some point and the experience plummeted. The shift was very noticeable. Some might have to do with the fact they started sharing tips. So now the kid washing my car doesn't really care since he’s not

This visit was very bad. They normally do an excellent job. This time I had to finish drying off my car, clean the windows, doors, rims etc. The employee worked on my car for 2 1/2 minutes...Reason I was told was they were short handed today. When why did I see two employee's just leaning on a desk? Mangers no where on sight.

Prices went way up. Now the most basic wash is $10.00 !!!! OUCH!
Plus, the rotating brush that cleans the hood, front windshield, roof, back windshield and deck lid doesn't work. This said, the only thing that cleans the top of the car is the thing with big "strips of cloth" that wipes over the car. Bottom line, you're spending more money for a lesser quality wash.
I will do my best to take my cars some place else!!!!!! Sorry Racer Classic :(

This place has definitely gone downhill. It's been about 2 years since I've used the full service option. Waited about an hour. Also no one inside the waiting area is wearing masks, just an FYI. I know the mask mandate has been lifted but if you're looking for a place where ppl are wearing masks and protecting each other, this definitely isn't it. The risk and wait were not worth the product. Plus the prices have gone up. Not worth it.

I was immediately met warmly by 2 personnel at the selection station. I had a few ?s as it was my first time visiting the car wash. The attendants were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I chose the full wash & interior option for $40.
First, I couldn't believe the value!
Second, the attention to detail for my wash was like...whoa!
I had the pleasure of meeting the district manager during my visit and was wildly impressed as he shared the upgrades being made. I will be back!

I went here a few moths back for an oil change. Service was not good inside... then comes the complimentary car wash that SCRATCHED UP MY COUPE. I called back afterwards and they told me I can come back and they can buff it out for me. Once I got there they told me "it was too deep" for them to buff out. They wasted my time and their car wash isn't even close to a decent one. It's the complete opposite. Stay away from this half assed place.

Understaffed and overworked employees. Reason for slow and long wait time. NOT THE FAULT OF EMPLOYEES. Granted, it's COVID times but don't see any management assisting these young adults trying to do their best washing their cars. These young adults are holding their composure so professionally and dealing with people who may not realize it, but management is about what you can do for and with your employees, not always leaving them on their own. Yes, it's great that they can handle work without you there, but it's also another great thing to show you care.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I've came to this place about a handful of times hoping i would get better service yet I don't. I only come here because I live in at the apt at RIM center and it's close to me. But after today i will NOT be returning! I also work for NuStar which we get discounts at this car wash, and I will be speaking to them about removing business with them, yet I'm not the only employee that's complained about the bad service this place give! I asked to speak to the General Manager and he was no where to be found! I waited a good 10 minutes

Ok, let me tell you that I am blown away! I got my oil changed here and very unfortunately, they damaged my car. This was something that I had not found out about for a couple of months. When I approached the manager, James Laurie, he was incredibly helpful and didn't argue with me. A week later, they totally made it right!! I know to some of you that this may seem like the bare minimum but I can tell you, anytime I've ever had to deal with a similar issue, I've had to argue, fight, beg and plead to get a company to do the right thing. Got my car washed here yesterday and it was the worst car wash experience I've ever had. The back of my SUV was still covered in dirt when I got home. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone...very poor job! Not to mention they use dirty clothes to dry your car and smear the dirt after it is "washed"".

If you're going to drive a car with your advisement ALL OVER IT (dodge pick up truck, license plate JWD7960) you might not want to road rage someone. Just witnessed a RACERWASH.COM truck nearly run someone off the road trying to get onto the highway going almost 100 MPH. The person they cut off flashed their lights on them then the RACERWASH.COM truck brake checked them for like 3 miles driving a steady 50. Wouldn't let the other person get over. After using a service where someone brings her car to get washed and brings it back to her, while at Racer the helper had my wife's car break down on them. Long story short, my wife made it there and had to wait SEVERAL hours for a tow truck. She was frustrated, tired, emotional, and hungry (we all know how a wife can be when she's hungry!). I used to come here when it was Diamond Brite car wash and still come here now that it's Racer Classic. Honestly, my car is a piece of junk from 2006 but I still like it to be clean inside and out. I do the $24 full service and am always happy with the results. Their waiting area is huge and super nice with a coffee/snack bar too! Never been disappointed when I come here.

Was quoted 25 to 30 min by ticket girl. Told her I was on a time constraint and she assured me it wouldn't be more than half an hour. Currently still waiting 56 minutes later. Had the front girl go check on the car at minutes 40 and she said it would only be five more minutes. I then observe two other vehicles that came behind me, get done and leave. I chose the quickest option due to being busy. Absolutely ridiculous. I am okay with waiting and understand things take time, but I expressed concern to the first lady and then to the cleaners and have now missed my appointment and am out $50

This place has gone downhill since they changed names/ownership. The guys they have vacuuming and drying look like they don't have any sense of urgency. They walk slowly from one car to the next. You can tell they get paid by the hour because they are not in hurry to get you out. No managers on the floor. Previous owner used to have you car out in less than 45 min on their busiest day. Now it takes them an hour to touch your car.

Went in yesterday for the outside wash, interior cleaning and vacuuming, and for the rims to be done. I was thoroughly disappointed when I got home. The rims weren’t touched, nor were the cup holders, there were still smudges on the touch screen and it wasn’t dusted. There were a bunch of water spots on the front of the vehicle too. This is an unacceptable job from a place that claims to be the best in town. I drove all the way back and told them what was wrong.
