Mike and all his staff are simply fantastic. Always polite, courteous and professional. They can assist with the most basic personal to complex business accounting. When choosing a CPA, it is important your CPA is up-to-date with the ever changing tax codes, which I find Mike Miller & Associates are. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Can you imagine staff from your accounting firm yelling at you over email as the client and then the owner defending that behavior?! That is exactly what happened with the staff at Mike Miller and Associates. I started working with these accountants years ago and it used to be great - regular check-ins, advising, the whole deal. As the years have gone on, the service has become increasingly abysmal. When I finally decided to leave them, the first question they asked had nothing to do with what could be improved or an apology for poor service but who would be doing
