They completely forgot to pick us up to take to the airport. i called got no answer so no they do not answer the phone 24 hrs. left a message with a number and 3 days later ,I had to call them to find out why they did not pick us up. They said they forgot. If they had just called to tell me what happened It would been so much better service.

Just used Diana’s limo service to take my girl and her two children to see a concert in DC. We had a great time and a big part of that was due to how wonderful the service was. Jim was our driver and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. He went out of his way to make sure our trip was outstanding. Will definitely use this service again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

What a great company to work with. I booked them to drive my parents to my daughters wedding and it couldn't have gone smoother. My parents are older and needed extra help and Scott did an amazing job of getting them to and from and helping them from the house and them back to the door when he returned them home. I would highly recommend Diana's Limo every time!
