My business web site needed a very serious refresh. It was out of date and I was looking for a more contemporary design with easy functionality. After contacting a few agencies, I chose Island Design almost immediately based on the initial introductory phone call with Jackie. And I NEVER looked back. I worked with both owners (Mark, as well as Jackie) from the very outset and together they approached the project in a determined and organized manner. I have worked with a number of web design and web consulting firms during a very long career in e-commerce. I can honestly say that in my experience, I have not worked with two people more eager to "get it right", listen to exactly what we wanted, and execute in an incredibly professional and diligent manner.
