Amber, Jennie, and Eli were VERY professional and did a wonderful job. They made us feel like our home was their home. They were very respectful and walked us through the process from start to finish. They made our house look wonderful compared to what it looked like after the fire. They are an awesome team and I highly recommend them for any of your disaster clean up or repair needs!

The team that dit the water damage mitigation at my home were excellent.. Josh, Jaylon, Cam, and Jeff were professional and courteous at all times. They worked late into the evening on the first day to remove all damaged materials. The several day process to complete the job went smoothly. They were always available to explain the process and answer any questions we had.

Will charge you for three days minimum regardless of mitigation requirements to sap money from insurance companies.
Owner will talk about God and such in meetings, but then do the things listed here like it's nothing.
I left this company recently due to this dishonesty, as well as their treatment of employees. If you're promised payment, a bonus, anything like that here, it's a coin toss if you'll receive anything. They also openly forbade employees from discussing wages, with the threat of being fired, which is a federal crime.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company, especially Sean and Ted. They are the epitome of professionals who truly believe in putting their customers first, providing the most positive customer service experience anyone could ever encounter.
