The story about our name and food cart begins in the inner city of Philadelphia in one of the toughest neighborhoods in the country. Only a few blocks from where the classic Rocky movies were filmed was where Ron was raised in what is known as "K&A" (the Kensington & Allegheny Neighborhoods) As you can imagine, life was tough growing up in Philly especially with a name like Ronald Brown.
Do you remember the feeling you had as a child when the ice cream truck drove through your neighborhood? You couldn't wait for a cool, delicious treat on those hot, summer days. What if you could share a little of that nostalgia at your next big event? Why not feature a food cart instead of a buffet?
Our food cart menu has been extensively curated over the years. We have purposefully kept our menu simple so that we can serve delicious and mouthwatering food fast and efficiently. You will not be disappointed! Our cheese steak is made with seasoned chip rib-eye steak, sauteed onions and extra sharp, imported, provolone on a handcrafted Amoroso-style roll.
