Don hattan derby is great. I was in and out and left with a smile. Cody got me taken care of! He took me through the process of getting a new truck and did a great job explaining it. He got me the best deal for a trade in and even helped me find a good bank to go through. Don hattan has been the best for me so far when buying a used vehicle! Highly recommend. Bunch of great guys over there!

Cody was awesome to deal with. When we realized his lot didn't have what we were looking for he was able to find us what we wanted from one of their other dealerships without sacrificing the financial budget we were there with. Bought a BMW X3 from them a few months ago and had some pretty horrible after the sale customer service. After only having it for a week the driver side mirror fell off the car. In the process of that happening it was dangling from the wires and scratched the drivers door all up since my wife couldn’t stop fast enough. Once she made home I was able to inspect to see what happened. You could see glue that was used to attach it from either the dealer or previous owner of the car. Considering that it took only the wind to blow it off I would have to say the dealer was aware.

Bought a Jeep Cherokee this last weekend and had a very pleasant experience

This was my first purchase from a Don Hattan dealership and found the process to be very pleasurable. I had located the vehicle I wanted over the internet, during a time when the business was closed. I put in a request for information and received a response in less than 10 minutes. Evan was very helpful, and we set an appointment for me to travel, from Garden City to Derby, so I could check out the truck that Monday. The sales process, along with trade-in process, was seamless, quick and no hassle. Sales pressure was not even an issue, and lack of it definitely made the buying experience more

Evan did a great job finding us the perfect car, going in we did not know exactly what we wanted but he was able to find the right car that fit out budget. He was very patient with us even after multiple visits to explore which car was best to trade in. Not sure I have ever given someone so many scenarios and he kept up with it all and was able to give honest input. The level of honesty between the two of us was something I have not experienced with car buying and was very refreshing. FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE DON HATTAN STEALERSHIP!!!! I wrote an awesome sincere review about two weeks ago on Don Hattan El dorado. I was left to believe service I received from them was honest and one of a kind I thought. I now feel betrayed and I wonder how many customer have gone through the same problem did not notice and fail to acknowledge. I will not disclose names to offend anyone or anybody. Just beware if you shop here get prequalify with an outside institution that doesn't deal with them directly. I signed a contract for a 3.99 % APR and a term for 60 months with my first payment due

I purchased a 2019 Chevy Spark on March 11 2019. The dealership only had one key for the vehicle and I was assured they would order one. I was told the key was placed on back order. It is still on back order on 6 April. I have spoken to a locksmith in town who said they could make a key for the vehicle. I guess having one made would not be possible for a large auto dealership. One has to wonder if the dealer cannot get a simple key how are they going to be able to perform warranty work on the vehicle over the next 6 years.

Emailed asking for details on a Silverado listed on cars.com and their website for $28k. I was emailed by Lyndsey who said the price was valid with GM financing. She had me apply for credit and a few hours later told me the price was actually $3k higher than what they listed and we discussed by email. Bait and switch dealership that intentionally has you file for credit before realizing their "mistake" and putting a hard hit on your credit report.

I had finally found the car of my dreams and had been working with Oscar all week and finally got the call yesterday that I had been approved and I needed go come in today after 2 to bring the check and when I went in to take the check they had sold the car right from under me. I know they got to get sales but Damn you done ran my credit and added unnecessary inauirys for nothing. Definitely didn't create a good customer experience for me and my family. They showed no empathy or concern. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb

My husband had an oil leak and took his truck in to be looked at. We bought 2 cars here and they have done his regular oil changes. He was told it was a cracked hose and it would be $500 to fix. He took it to another service station to look at. There was no cracked hose. The oil filter was loose. We could have paid $500 for a problem that didn't exist.

I'm disgusted with the misogynistic treatment this establishment puts forth toward women and their business abuse towards people who trust them with their "knowledge" in cars. Not to mention their unprofessionalism when being called out about their business practices. What was a suggested as an engine replacement by this reprehensible establishment turned out to be a $60 oil supplement issue at Quality Auto Care in Andover. Caution to all future customers, these people will dehumanize you and just view you as a paycheck. Their laissez-faire attitude toward customer service is

We have a fifth wheel and Chevy truck and were passing through town and got a flat tire on the trailer. I can't praise everyone here enough on how amazing they were. Although they don't typically replace tires on a fifth wheel they figured out how to and took care of both the trailer and truck for us including having to find the tires around town. If you are looking for five star service, I highly recommend them!!!

Service department ~ went in for a oil change in my 6.0 vortex engine which they should be familiar with well after waiting about 3 hours it was done , well they supposably put normal oil in it , well it takes synthetic so I was so irritated I changed it my self when I did the filter did not look new and the oil was black !!! Like it had never even been changed a week before , then I check my air filter and I'm missing a screw to my air filter box and the air filter was dirty !! So they never even checked it .
