Critical: Quality
Awful covid policy's that none of there staff continuesly follow. Very poor cleanliness and awareness of the children. Always under staffed which means packing more kid in 1 room. Following up with a complaint to the state.

We love this daycare! Our son has been attending since he was 8 weeks old, he is almost two now. He absolutely LOVES going and always happy to see the staff in the morning. He comes home with crafts, colored sheets, and paintings. Everyone is always so kind and caring. It is a big deal when your child enjoy's the daycare and he is excited to walk to his room each morning.

My grandbaby goes there. What I like about Happy Days Daycare is that we are able to see them on the video feed. There are some areas you can’t see though. At Pooh Bears she kept a diaper rash a lot of the time there. Now she’s in Angels. They don’t have enough staff in the Angels room. It should be more than one person watching 8 to 10 babies. The babies eat out of each other’s plate because one person can’t see everything. Someone else posted about their child’s arm was out of socket. The one lady that’s there in Angels grabs the babies by one arm and pulls them too harsh, in my

I got wind of this facility through a friend and I would have to say I am very pleased. The director is thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff is attentive but not overbearing. This childcare actual have an educational plan for the kids. This place has to have plenty of patience because I know my child can be a handful and I would have to say I am pleased with the steps taken to resolves issues. My only concern is that I wish they had longer hours maybe even weekends.

As many have said i would give this company 0 stars. Staff members put in their all just to get treated poorly. Director is never there when you want to get an issue settled out. this center has rooms for specific age groups but they still decide to mix 1 year olds with 2 1/2-3 year olds. building was also never properly closed down and cleaned after covid out break. even when teachers try to send kids home for being sick, director finds a way to disagree. money hungry company enrolling as many kids as they can with less than 10 staff memebers who are over worked and stay there almost an entire

My daughter has been going to happy days for about a month now and just as I expected I would, I absolutely love this daycare. I’ve not yet met one staff member that wasn’t smiling, polite, happy and helpful. I absolutely love my daughters teacher, she is super upbeat and really good with the children! The facility is always clean! Whenever I check the cameras I see the staff is always cleaning, temperature checks are done regularly everyday! I cannot say enough good things about this daycare, my daughter loves it, I love it!

Some of the teachers are really nice don’t get me wrong , but the way they handle things is horrible I asked them multiple times to call if my daughter was to act up because I work down the street. My daughter arm was pulled out of socket twice there . They treated my daughter as she was a animal by saying she couldn’t be there anymore because she has been biting I sat in her class all day my child did not bite anyone . Sat by me the whole time and I watch a child fall on his face and had a big bruise on his face because no one was paying attention then another kid claimed my daughter bit him

Horrible!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has had the worst turn over rate over the summer just about 5 teachers all left in one week. They have fired some of the best teachers I have ever encountered. They dont care about stability for the children always moving them from class to class mixing 3yr olds with 5yr olds how are children going to learn that why!! The director is never there more than half the time! And when she is she acts like she knows what is going on when she has no clue what happens in the classroom!! Its a dam shame this school could be so much more but they have
