Make sure you have a clearly written estimate or your going to get a big surprise. If William says the work will be finished in a few days, forget about it, it's going to be weeks! After enough trips to see if my trailer was ready, I finally pulled it out and had the work done by another repair shop the same day. Shame on me if I ever go back there again.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would... gave this pos a $3000 deposit for him to build me a custom trailer. That was 2/17/21... he told me 3-4 weeks he'll need to build it. Fast forward 9... yes I said 9...9 weeks later and still no trailer. I don't think the guys even started to build it. Complete waste of time, money... cost me thousands in missed work, trailer rentals since I was down 1 trailer... and little to no excuses as to why it wasn't ready. Don't go here. This business should be shut down. The absolute worst! Don't go there to buy a trailer, build a trailer, fix a trailer... don

I was recommended to them and had they put new trailer axles and hubs and bearings about two years ago . My axles are completely rusted and needed to be replaced . They imply the axles they sell are galvinized and are completely metal sprayed with galvinized paint to cut costs . I brought this to the owners attention he was very arrogant and insisted its ok to sell metal axles . Do yourself a favor and stay away

This used be a great repair shop I dont what's been going on lately. I routinely have work done on a 6x12 cargo trailer. A few weeks ago I needed a vent cover replaced, made an appointment, dropped it off only to have William call me a few hours later and tell me it couldn't be repaired. Ok went to amazon and bought a $14 cover and replaced it myself in 10 minutes. I made an appointment to replace a gfi receptacle on the trailer. Brought the trailer in, unhitched and walked into the office for the person working to tell me that they dont do that and that they didnt have any appointment scheduled

I have been a Good customer for years... BUT on July 6th I had 24' of thin wire cable to purchase, when I went inside to pay the bill was 74.00 with tax. that was about 2.70 per ft. I was surprised at the price but bought it anyway. When we returned from our trip with the unused product I went back on July 19th to see if it could be returned (with the receipt) William refused to accept it because his policy is 30 days on returns. Just NO. No return, no credit nothing! I said this is bad business policy and don't know that I would ever be back. He said Okay, thats fine. Upon leaving I said goodbye
