I called Charlie, the owner of Federated Security Solutions, and explained the issues that I was having with 2 of my security system cameras. Federated Secruity installed our security system over 2 years ago. Charlie has been professional and has shown great customer service since the very first time I called for a consult, and is always willing to help. He took the time to install our system, then took the time to show me how to monitor from all of our different devices while we are at home or on the go. Charlie is always available (including weekends) to help with any questions I may have. Simply the BEST!!!

Home security system installed today. The owner Charlie, and his assistant did an exceptional job; no holes, no mess, no issues at all. Everything I needed to know was patiently explained to me . I am not someone who writes reviews or recommends anyone very often however, this is the exception. I highly recommend this young man and his company to anyone who has a need for a security system. Two thumbs up!
