They had me at the Chat Feature on their Google Listing. So easy to use! Questions answered right away, even though it was late. Owner even gave the manager's personal cell phone to book site right away.
We had been staying in the French Quarter, doing Hurricane Ida cleanup, but decided we would rather tent camp outside the city. We had a tough time finding anything open due to Hurricane Ida destruction. So I was super happy to discover the Chat feature on their Google listing & that the owner responded right away, given how late it was. When we pulled in, the manager, Suzanne bent over backwards

Giving it a 4 although 3.5 probably closer. From the reviews the new owner has a reputation to clean up. From what we were told the current state is improving. If you judge by looks you'd probably keep driving...I would have if other half hadn't set it up. However the staff were nice and the issue we had with our 50 Amp hookup was VERY QUICKLY RESOLVED. It's a convenient area, far enough from the road to be quiet so there's a lot of potential. We would likely stay there again if we were just passing through for a night or two.

OK, if you are looking for a place to park your trailer and have hook ups this place will work. If you plan to spend any time inside of the park especially with children this is NOT the place. Everything is in terrible disrepair. All of the fences are falling down, there are heaps of lumber/tarps/building materials just laying around. There is an abandoned golf cart parked in the middle of a grassy area that has yet to be mowed. The pool, 1/2 full and full of algae and who knows what. The miniature golf area is unmaintained and all of the pavement is falling apart. The laundry room is unusable
