Referred by an employee from work. Left a voicemail on a Sunday night explaining how I was told I needed my water pump replaced immediately. My first time coming to Keller's, as we just moved to the area. Super happy with the service, everyone is very friendly and my car was ready way faster than I expected. Fair pricing and I appreciate Bill taking the time to explain what was done and why it would be beneficial to keep using synthetic oil going forward. Bill was awesome and super helpful. He got me in right when they opened (and last minute) and got me finished in like an hour and before I had to go to work. Does an oil change that's a little pricey($90) but very top quality and good for 7500+ miles so also very worth it. Found 3 nails in my one tire and a huge screw in my other and patched them all for free. He even texted a few days later to check if everything was still riding well. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend. Thanks Bill!

Very professional. They are were flexible enough on a typically busy day to accommodate my vehicle service. Staff is verified by nationally accredited training organizations.
They use Benwil lifts. Also up to date on latest technology, able to send diagnostic information to customers' devices.

I took two sets of wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced. He was able to fit me in the same day I called. The last shop I went to scratched my wheels while mounting tires on them, but he took the care not to, did them in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. During my visit he was also very informative and answered the questions that I had. I wouldn't recommend any shop other than Keller's Auto. Thank you!

Had a flat tire that could not be repaired (nail punctured multiple areas of tire - it was not salvageable). I called around and Keller's was the only place I could find open after 5pm, last second. Everyone at Keller's was super honest, friendly, and timely. They were able to quote me the price for 1 new tire (it was comparable to what I would've gotten at Costco/BJs, but was much faster). In the end, I used leftover tires that we had in the shed from my husband's car, and they were able to mount/balance them the next day. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

I took my car to Keller's to get my oil changed, 2 new tires, a tire rotation, and to get my brakes done. One of the owners, who also was the one who worked on my car, offered to show me mistakes that had been made by my previous mechanic, what needed to be fixed, and how he fixed it. I do not know much about cars and he was willing to explain everything which left me feeling secure in the work he had done. He made suggestions on the best tires for the best price and consulted me about everything he thought should be done. Compared to previous experiences, the price was reasonable as well. Lastly

Kellers took care of related problems (belt, tensioners and AC unit) over the span of a couple days. The mechanic diagnosed the problems accurately and quickly and provided accurate, timely estimates. He answered all of my questions and solved all of my car's problems. There were no surprises and no unanticipated costs or lost time. Highly recommended.

The owner/founder of Keller's has been around forever and is an extremely nice gentleman. Phil the mechanic who has worked on my car a few times is a lifesaver...literally. Nothing but honesty and persistence all around. If you're in a bind they are right there to help you even on short notice. Well priced too.
