Dr. Frankel was wonderful in performing delicate surgery on my upper lip. I arrived at my appointment time and wasn't kept waiting. The procedure went very smoothly and was pain free. The staff are excellent and very caring. The new facility is very attractive and provides state of the art technology. I received a follow up phone call after my procedure that was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Frankel for any plastic surgery procedure. He is very skilled and is excellent in explaining the procedure and all relevant details.

Dr. Frankel performed an upper eye blephoroplasty on me in his beautiful new facility. He and his amazing team put me at ease right away and we’re so comforting. We actually chatted and listened to great music during the procedure!!! The procedure was pain free during and after and I was out to lunch wearing sunglasses 2 days later. Unbelievable results because Dr.Frankel is such a skilled surgeon. Thank you to his team for the follow up call to check up on me, I truly appreciated your kindness.
