I can’t say enough about Mark, the owner. I had a very small job and most of the other companies I called gave me a ridiculous price to tint the two side windows on either side of front door with security film. Mark not only quoted me an extra fair price but he was scheduled to show up at 10:00am and was running 5 mins late and had the courtesy to call to tell me he was running 5 mins late. The install was quick and professional. He was in and out in 20 mins. I will recommend Sundown to all my neighbors and hire Mark for any future work.

Mark came out to our new house in Seminole and did a fantastic job. As a fellow business owner I was very impressed with his level of knowledge of the products, his punctuality, and his cleanliness after he was finished. We needed 2 super high and wide windows tinted (about 16 to 20 ft). Mark came out and measured our widows and gave me a good quote right on the spot. He came back a few days later and finished it expertly and beautifully. Mark came right on our appt time which was great. Now we do not have a glare and heat coming in throught these high windows. I had another tinting company out for bid, but the employee did not even return my call since it was not a usual type of job and required a super tall ladder and skills to go across from one end to another (2 very wide windows in triangular shape). We used Sundown Tinting since 2017 on all our East and West side windows of our home. Mark does an amazing job installing the tinting film, very detailed and precise. Mark from Sundown Glass Tinting did an awesome job throughout the whole process. From the very beginning he was professional and respectful. I wasn't sure if I would like the tinting since I had never had it before, but wanted additional privacy in my townhouse. He allowed me to just have one window done to see how I liked it and if I wanted to move forward with the rest. We recently had a bay window in our boy's bathroom tinted and we couldn't be happier with the results. It wasn't an easy job to tint a bay window - multiple panes - but it looks amazing!!! The price was competitive and the turn around time from the day of the quote to actually tinting was speedy! Although Mark was running behind on the day of service, he kept me in the loop on his time of arrival. Very good communication. Would highly recommend Sundown Glass Tinting!
