Very quick response to my phone call of damage to roof shingles from tornado. Mark was quick to provide service contract and once they determined damage repair was done in days. I’m very pleased at how professional and prompt they were.

It was a pleasure to work with Citadel Team and our Project Manager Brandon Jackson. His knowledge of working through the claim process with our insurance company took all the stress away. He never gave up and kept us informed every step of the way. The roof looks outstanding and we could not be happier.

Any major project on a home can be stressful. What's even more stressful is when the need is unexpected. This was the case after Hurricane Michael. With trees on their house and detached garage, repair and roof replacement was a necessity for my parents. The staff and workers at Citadel have been wonderful as far as repairing the roof on my parent's house, keeping us in the loop as far as the work being done, and they started immediately. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and their personnel!!!

Outstanding service,professionalism, and workmanship! Michael at Citadel was great to work with, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and took care of everything. The work was scheduled and completed much quicker than we could have imagined. Even though our project was a small job, they took care of everything and made sure it was what we wanted. Highly recommend Citadel!

Dealing with larger properties since the hurricane has been a challenge, but finding someone who would take a smaller re-roofing job on a house was even more difficult. Owner Mark Brown was courteous and helpful and although working on larger jobs, was able to get a quick estimate and a timely roof repair at a fair price. The work was well done and we would highly recommend Citadel for roofing needs!
