Arlene is simply the best! We used her 9 years ago when we bought our house and returned to use her again when we refinanced. She always responds quickly to answer any and all questions we have. We bought our first home with the help of Arlene Deane and she made the process so much easier. It's such a stressful time especially doing with a deployed spouse, but Arlene was so patient and no question was stupid, believe me, I had sooo many questions.
