Amanda is the best customer service rep in this entire store. Handling as many people a day as she does while still maintaining individual customer loyalty is a skill that many people don't have. The store is clearly understaffed. I stood at the PRO desk for over 15 minutes to get acknowledged while the 2 overwhelmed employees averted their eyes. Finally I had to interrupt to get noticed and was told to hold on as they were tied up. They clearly don't have enough help for the work load.
I was told that I would be called with a timeframe of delivery for a $3000+ delivery of lumbar, and they never called. Just left the stuff in my driveway in the rain. When I called to ask, they said they were too busy to make phonecalls. I am taking my business to Lowe's or elsewhere. I suggest you do the
