I am a new & first time pool owner and that has come with lots of questions. I can't speak more highly of Groves Swimming Pool Service for all of their help with getting me up to speed on keeping our pool maintained. The home we purchased came with an older system and needed to be replaced. Their team was out the next day to get the project started and were incredibly professional, honest, and friendly. Tiffany and Scott from their office are fantastic to work with and always super responsive. Gustavo managed our project on site and couldn't have been more helpful with getting us set up. Seriously

I switched to Groves pool service mainly to address a pool and spa heating issue. The pool would sometimes heat to the spa setting unexpectantly. After a few techs came out, they said I needed a new heater. I trusted them and spent the $3800 on a new heater....but the issue still persisted with the new heater installed. Another tech came out and said it was a wire issue....which actually fixed the problem.... After fixing the wire issue, the spa side remote blower and light button no longer worked....and they once again sent out a tech and said i needed a new spa side remote that would cost me

Groves is excellent. I contracted with them three times this season. They handled the replacement of my swimming pool heater, regulating the temperature setting and a replacement recessed light installation for my spa.
They are responsive, fair priced and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Their first visit was a very thorough evaluation using chemical evaluation of the water then a complete check and cleaning of the pump equipment. It was apparent my prior pool company neglected many issues with regard to the pool equipment costing me more aggravation and money. Groves knows what they are doing and take pride in the service they provide.

Brian and his team replaced my pump and added a new awesome LED light to my pool. They were on time, neat, clean and professional. I will certainly consider purchasing a spa from them now for my backyard. I looked at the Dimension One Spa brochure they left me and they look awesome! Thank You Brian.
