Services
It is the mission of California Psychological Institute to aide in the therapy and rehabilitation of Fresno County troubled youth and their families, through a professionally-supported, well-rounded team of therapeutic staff in order to reach all therapeutic treatment goals. CPI supports counseling, training and community participation.
California Psychological Institute (CPI) consists of qualified professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience. Each CPI team member contributes their skills to ensure every client is receiving the highest quality of service. Our clinical staff includes our psychiatrist, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and clinical social workers.
Dr. Gill is board certified in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also board certified in several sub-specialties in psychiatry including Addiction Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, and Psychosomatic Medicine. Dr. Gill has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Michelle Owhadi began working for California Psychological Institute in 2003. She obtained a Graduate Degree from California State University, Fresno in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management. She completed an internship at Children's Hospital Central California with a focus on hospital policy and regulatory compliance.
CPI is an organizational provider for Fresno County Managed Health Plan, offering the full range of outpatient mental health services designed to reduce mental disability and improve functioning in regards to learning, development, independent living, and enhanced self-sufficiency.
Service activities may include, but are not limited to, mental health assessment, individual, family and group therapy, individual and group rehabilitative services, collateral services, plan development, crisis intervention, case management, and medication support services.In addition to the services listed below, CPI offers on site court ordered psychological testing, bonding studies, attachment studies and risk assessments.
