Josh is excellent and we would recommend him to anyone buying a new home. He was thorough in his inspection, caught things we would never have thought about checking and was very knowledgeable in all areas of the house (plumbing, electricity, etc). He was professional and easy to schedule while being flexible and working around our crazy schedules. We love our new home and are thankful to him for making sure we covered all our bases before moving in!

Amazing level of customer service! Josh Smith with Smith Home Inspections went above and beyond. Josh performed 2 home inspections for me back to back. He is very thorough in his notes and pictures he sends for the inspected property. He was right on time with the inspections. I really liked the follow up phone call by Josh the following day. We had a unique situation where the home we were buying already had an inspection done because the first buyers financing fell through. We had the option to use the current inspection report or hire our own. Our realtor recommended Josh and I am so glad he did! My husband and I were really pleased with the report and he walked us through everything he found. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he warranty's his work. We would definitely use him again in the future if he is still doing inspections when we purchase our next home!
