We provide superb therapeutic massage services in a caring, upscale, professional environment. We offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal as well as Postnatal Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping, Ashiatsu Massage, and Couples Massage. Our goal is to tailor your massage experience based on a thorough initial interview, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
We are mindful of the overall experience - using only high quality massage oils, creams and aromatherapies. All treatment rooms are furnished with electric massage tables. Special lighting, music, decor, and textiles are used throughout the studio to complete the comfortable, plush environment and enhance your overall massage experience.

Services
Light to medium depth pressure and techniques are used for a customized massage aimed for your utmost comfort and relaxation. This session is based on Swedish-style massage. This is our most popular offering. An integrative massage session ranging from medium to deep pressure; trigger point work may be used.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase at our studio for any modality or length of time. Gift bags are available at no charge--for a tasteful presentation of your thoughtful gift of relaxation. IMPORTANT: If you plan to come by the studio, please call or text first (256.975.5852) to make sure we have someone in the office.
Clients have been asking us for some sort of membership or loyalty program for years. We've been reluctant to introduce something clunky, confusing, or difficult to track. Also, we didn't want any sort of membership program that left clients feeling hog-tied. We think we've come up with the perfect solution--the "Insider" loyalty program!

I can’t say enough great things about JTM! I’ve seen Lauren, Brittany, and Kayla for different sessions and every experience has been a notable five stars. All therapists have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The location is crystal clean and each therapist experience assures me they know their stuff. They consult thoroughly before each session and really listen to your needs in areas of muscle pain. Always a pleasure.

This was my first time to visit Journey Therapeutic Massage and Chiropractic and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Anna Pitts was my massage therapist and she was amazing, professional, skilled and extremely kind and personable. The décor promotes relaxation and serenity...the best I've seen in town. I enjoyed having a thorough massage during my first visit there. It was relaxing and the person giving the massage managed to aim on my back in various angles that I never experienced before. After I do my first marathon, I will most likely come here for a rejuvenation. Highly recommend.

I love a good massage but Katie was absolutely phenomenal! We talked about a few problems areas in the beginning and at the end we discussed some things I can do to help in between visits. It truly was a THERAPEUTIC massage!! My body hurts all the time and I was surprised how good I felt when I left. Kudos to the front desk staff as well!! Great team, thank you!

Absolutely the best experience. My hot stone massage with Lauren was wonderful. The Journey facility is extremely clean and relaxing the second you walk in. The staff is friendly and professional. I can tell that each staff member I met truly loves what they do and are blessed to be a part of the Journey team. I am a busy mom and small… business owner myself. It is super convenient that I was able to easily book a massage online. I also like that Journey offers some later evening appointments. I will continue to support this small business.
