Recognizing addiction is unique to each individual drinker. Different people may experience the negative effects of alcohol misuse/abuse after ingesting different quantities of alcohol over varying lengths of time, and no two drinkers are exactly alike. To begin with, concerned individuals should ask themselves the following questions.
An intervention is a carefully planned process in which family and friends, and sometimes colleagues, clergy or others, join together to confront someone about the consequences of alcoholism, addiction or another mental health problem, and ask him or her to accept treatment. An intervention can help people who struggle with addictive behaviors but who are in denial about their situation or who have been unwilling to accept treatment.
The State of Minnesota requires that a comprehensive chemical dependency evaluation or assessment be completed for all individuals admitted to a chemical dependency treatment program. One Twelve provides a full comprehensive Rule 25 chemical dependency evaluation. In addition we have strong relationships with providers statewide to assist in proper placement of a drug and alcohol treatment program.
One Twelve provides affordable chemical health assessments, also known as Rule 25 Assessments. This gives a client a referral and/or guidance on whether further services are necessary. We also provide courtesy assessments for several counties. Rule 25 Funding refers to a funding stream that pays for chemical use assessments as well as the course of recommended treatment.
One Twelve offers Alcohol Treatment services located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Our residential program is designed to allow the client to work evenings & weekends while residing in our facility and receiving treatment services. We encourage and assist with employment searches. Transport is provided to medical / psychiatric appointments in cases which a clients health insurance does not provide transportation.
