I live hours away and ordered a large beautiful bouquet with roses, carnations and other variations of flowers for my grandmother who lives in Klamath as a gift. When it arrived, it was nearly 1/3 of the size, full of nearly wilting greens with 4 flowers. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. With my complaint, I was told they would redeliver the correct bouquet with an apology, neither of which were delivered. Waste of money and time.

I ordered flowers for a special funeral. I went through something Nyback's is using for referrals, called terry's florist. It was on google as a "local family-owned business" When delivered, it turns out it was Nybacks. I was charged extra for a 24hr delivery and then was called and told the family requested the flowers be sent the next day as the service was 2 days away. As it turns out, the "family" did not request any such thing. In addition, it was a tiny basket of flowers and very poorly arranged - I paid $143 for this little arrangement. You can see it on

My husband surprised me with a beautiful arrangement of flowers for our anniversary from Nybacks. I love the flowers, the look gorgeous and are very fresh. They smell amazing and I have had them for 3 days and they show no signs of wilting. I like how they added both blooming and un-bloomed lilies so I can enjoy my flowers longer. The only reason I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 if because my husband said the delivery was delayed 2 times and the price for this arrangement was very expensive.

Beware of their scam. Verify that the flowers they deliver match what you bought. The actual flowers are much smaller than they show on their website. This is the second time we received flowers from friends that are much smaller than their advertisement. We now always send pictures to the sender along with our thank you. That shows sender what actually was delivered. See picture of what we received and the image from the advertisement of what was ordered.

First attempt: September of 2019, we'd just moved to the area and my husband ordered flowers for my birthday. They delivered, but we were not home and they would not leave the flowers even though we told them that would be okay. They call and say they'll deliver the next day, so we stayed home the whole day (just so we didn't miss them). No delivery, only a phone message saying they would be delivering it the following day. We repeated these actions for three days

My best friend sent flowers for my birthday to my house. They arrived at 440 and I wasn't home until 5 but they had already closed and left a note saying I had to pick them up. Which is already inconvenient. They didn't try to call me and they didn't leave them. Then when I picked up the flowers the next morning some of the looked wilted. My friend asked me to send a picture of how they looked and then sent me the picture of what she ordered.

This is a difficult review to write. Based on reviews I read, Nyback's was not my first choice, but they were the only florist in the area who would deliver on a Saturday. Sharon answered the phone and my picky questions. I was upfront with her regarding my reluctance to risk ordering based on the poor reviews. She was gracious and helpful. She texted me pics of existing bouquets, answered questions about possible flower choices and colors. She arranged for and executed delivery within a narrow window on short notice. While the flowers and colors were what I requested, I did not think the bouquet

When I order flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day, you'd expect it to arrive on Valentine's Day. I got a call from them at 8pm on 2/14 saying that they would deliver it the next day.... that's not how this works. I payed close to a $100 the week prior. If they would have called earlier that day, I would have picked it up. Don't take people's money if you can't provide the service you agreed to.
So if you'd want flowers to be delivered the day AFTER a special occasion, this place is for you! Otherwise, don't bother.

I called to potentially book a large and expensive amount of flowers for a venue and was treated like crap over the phone. I didn't even get to explain what I needed before I was asked for my credit card when I tried to explain that's I was booking for someone else the lady was even more rude. Klamath flower shop got our business and will continue to receive my business.

I wanted to order a sympathy bouquet for a friend but I do not live in the area so I called Nybacks over the phone. I was greeted by a very dry rude personality. After getting all my info she told me she was putting an order in. I asked her if she had any idea what the flowers would look like and in an extremely snotty tone she said "Well it's up to our experienced florist to decide that." I went in to have flowers delivered to someone at a local business. They had no flowers that I could see. I had to choose my arrangement from a poster.
When the day came to deliver the flowers, they tried to deliver them at 6:45am, when the business was closed. I told them they could deliver them from 9am-9pm.
On the plus side, the arrangement was nice, but looked like it had fewer flowers than what the picture showed.
Also, they charge a fee for using a credit card for payment.
I will not be using them again!

I used them for my wedding last year. They called the morning of the wedding to ask what arrangements I wanted and she called me by the wrong name, my lilies looked terrible, they used the wrong greenery and they were rude to both myself and the person I had pick the flowers up. Their customer service was horrible and I will not be using them in the future.
