This review is long overdue, as Kevin helped us purchase a house from out of state over two years ago. It's common place for salespeople to promote themselves as being "professional" grade. Interesting word. What distinguishes the professional from one not quite so professional? Successful? Knowledgeable? Aggressive? Attentive?
