I love the personal service at this jewelry store. It is so easy to overlook this hidden gem tucked in on Whittlesey Road near David's Bridal in front of Walmart. I have found many unique, pretty pieces over the years and appreciate their honesty and quality work. Lucky me, my husband shops there too!

He has come home with many thoughtful and beautiful surprises. They also perform repair on jewelry and watches and anything can be ordered if they do not have it in stock. Great prices from great people! Michael, Emily and Gary have been serving Columbus and the surrounding areas for over 80 combined years.

This jeweler store is absolutely incredible! My husband and I bought all of our rings from them! They are so accommodating and made a custom ring for us when we didn't see exactly what we were looking for! Gary is the jewel of Columbus! Finally got engaged after 7 years and went to Jewelers Touch to have a custom ring made.

The Jeweler's Touch is amazing! Gary restored my grandmother's engagement ring and then customized it to fit with my new wedding band. I am SO happy with the results, he did a fantastic job! Also - the staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!. I had been looking for a new wedding ring for my wife for our ten year anniversary.

Gary and the staff at jewelers touch are wonderful! My husband and I brought in a heirloom ring and Gary created such a beautiful ring for me that no one else will have! I am truly and surprised how beautiful it came out! I LOVE it!! We have also bought other jewelry from them. Truly the best!

The clasp on the gold necklace my grandmother gave me started to have a gap and would cause my necklace to fall off. I brought it in and they immediately repaired it within minutes and even cleaned the necklace without me prompting. They were extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely come back for my future jewelery repair and purchases!

I took Gary a watch my grandmother passed down to me that didn’t work anymore. I asked him if he could make it into a bracelet. I had no idea what I wanted it to look like, I left it with Gary for a short… while, picked it up today and to say it is beautiful is an understatement, it was perfect and I could not be more proud of this. I recommend Gary and his staff for all your jewelry needs. They treat you like family!!
