I'm Dianna Hoff, Owner of Whispering Winds Lash & Skincare, also known as the "Lash Whisperer" by my lovely clients. After partnering at a trendy salon in Pacific Beach almost 10 years ago, I began my path as a professional lash artist and esthetician. She takes the time to talk about what look you want to achieve and what will accentuate your eye shape and real lashes.
