I love our State Farm agent and staff. We have been State Farm customers for over 30 years. I have never had a bad experience. They educate and provide details when making recommendations about coverage so we can make educated decisions and feel confident in our coverage. The few times we have had a claim, the process was explained in detail, expectations were always met or exceeded and we never had any issues or cause for worry that we would not be taken care of completely.

During the time that we have been with the Ross Olive State Farm Insurance Agency, we have met with Crescent numerous times to discuss our coverage. She is always very friendly, helpful and professional. She is willing to take the time to answer all of our questions. When a wind storm caused a great deal of damage and many power outages in the area, Crescent responded quickly and offered guidance. Ross also contacted us. Whenever we visited the office, Crescent and Sonia always greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. We are very glad we found this State Farm agency.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Sonia has helped us with several different concerns and is always a pleasure to talk with and gets things settled very quickly.
