Charles S. Lowrey obtained his BBA from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas in 1971 and completed his training to be a CPA in 1978. Charles is now the managing shareholder/director with LOWREY, POWELL, STEVENS & MANGUM P.C.
Over the years, he has developed an expertise in providing business and tax consulting to closely held small to medium sized businesses, and professional corporations, with industry specialization in transportation and distribution, insurance, petroleum and real estate.His CPA certificate is from the State of Texas and he maintains membership in the San Antonio Society and the Texas Society of CPAs.

We recently switched accountants because of the lack of communication we were having with our old accountant. This group was recommended to us from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised with how personable they were and after meeting with Randall, not only did we decide for them to do our personal taxes but also our new business.
