I fired America One Reality after speaking with my tenant. I was informed that she never had a walk-thru and that repairs were never completed. AOR is under new ownership. When I requested information from Steve and Joe regarding work, I never received any information or follow-up. Unprofessional business ethics - I strongly encourage looking for a different management company.

When I decided to rent my house on Crestwood Way, I was very fortunate to find America One Management. Mel and Amanda have done a great job of managing my property over the years.
Mel has always been very professional, and I have always felt that he had me and my property’s best interests in mind. Rent collection has also been prompt and I always felt very informed when there was any issue with my property. When a tenants did move out, America One also did a great job of finding a quality tenant quickly.

When it comes to property management, you need look no further than America One. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on the Phoenix metro market. Tenants they choose are solid. Checks are deposited on time. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner... What more could you want in a Property Manager?

We would like to say thanks for your many years of management of our properties. We asked America-One to take over management of our real estate after we had a bad experience with our previous property manager. We have been satisfied since the switch. Their tenant selection, property maintenance and expense control have been excellent.

I purchased our condo in Scottsdale, close to four years ago. We researched the management market since we live in another state. Once we handed over the keys, our condo was rented in five days!
Each month a check is direct deposited to my account. They also handle payment of our association in a timely manner. When any repairs need to be made above $300 they call to inform us of the needed item, so that we can make an knowledgeable evaluation. They handle the repair. I find Amanda and Mel and their staff courteous, trustworthy and above all honest in their dealings with us. We would highly recommend

If you're an investor looking for a management company/realtor go else where or risk losing out on good renters. Their screening process is too stringent and unyeilding and they are slow in communicating what is needed to the person applying. If you're a renter pray that the property you like isn't represented by these guys as you'll feel as if you're applying for a home loan in that they'll make you get all kinds of unecessary documentation. Renting is supposed to be easier than applying for a home loan, not the other way around!
