This a Swedish Massage and is the most common type of massage therapy. The Therapist uses various Swedish massage techniques that are geared towards relaxation and general muscle tension relief. I really appreciate to Ms.Therisa for always giving me a good massage to help my depression and muscles tighness from doing school works. Everytime I don’t feel good especially about muscles and nerves problem I always like to go to Harmonious Healing Massage because she very is caring, helpful,friendly and very knowledgeable massage therapist.I also like the place very relaxing with a beautiful meditation music.

I have been getting massages from Terisa for about a year and she is AMAZING. I drive an hour each way just to go to her. I suffer from chronic back pain that forced me to see an expensive chiropractor 2 times a week which became costly. With the help of therapeutic massage and stretching I am no longer dependent upon the chiropractor to help with my pain. I had cupping done on my last visit and it too was amazing.

If you are looking for a massage therapist you should definitely go see Teresa at Harmonious Healing. I saw Therisa this past weekend and she gave me the best massage I have ever had... EVER! I have had massages in high-end hotel/resorts and on cruise ships and none have compared to my session with her. I will be back!

Terisa was amazing. She was informative, professional, knowledgeable and provided a relaxing clean environment to get an awesome massage. I had been experiencing severe muscle spasms for several months. She… provided a deep tissue massage along with cupping for my 1 hour session last week. I have not had a muscle spasm since!!! I tried this place for a massage just because I was off and wandering around downtown Sanford. I was pleasantly surprised! The ladies are super nice and the building has a cool vibe. It's not the chain massage experience with tiny rooms and all that. Tessa was my therapist and she was excellent. My shoulder was sore from a sleeping wrong and she spent extra time to relax it. The rest of the massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I definitely recommend trying them out.
