Special thanks to the staff. The Limo Driver was there before the time we needed, which was perfect. Very professional company. They took care everything we needed for our big day. Even the little things that don't matter to most companies. Tux fitted perfectly for my Hubbie, we misplaced the tie for the Jr. Groom, one of the staff memebers hand delivered a new one on my wedding day! My best friend will be using yall's services at well. Best fitting Tuxedos in Lafayette with the best Limo's!

Used one of the larger party buses for our Leadership Program Cultural Tour for Vermilion Parish. Service was excellent. Weather for the tour was horrible--rain and flooding. Driver was such a gentlemen. Drove us right up to the door of each of our stops. Opened his umbrella and escorted the participants to the entrance. Chivalry is not dead!!! Have used Acadiana Courier for the last three years for two tours per year; plan on utilizing their service in the years to come.

Poor customer service. I called to inquire about a date to book transportation, and was asked to be given a call back. I asked how long would it take to receive a call back and was told very bluntly, “I’m not sure”. I find this very unprofessional. My time is just as important as anyone else’s. Taking my business elsewhere!

Do not rent from here! My wedding day was ruined because of them. The driver arrived to pick up my wedding party in a bus that was the complete opposite of what was ordered. The air conditioner was broken it was 85 degrees on the bus. When asked why it was so hot the driver states there was nothing he could do about. Talk about bad service.
