Contacted Jackson Hole Computer Clinic yesterday morning inquiring about the availability of a MacBook Pro charger. Left them a voicemail message and was promptly called back by Clara. Went in and Anthony took the time to check both the charging cable and power adaptor that I had the issue with to verify that I did in fact need both. I was prepared to buy both, but he wanted to make sure that he wasn't selling me something additional that I didn't need. Highly recommend this business. They are very trustworthy and thorough.

This business knows customer service. They want to help you with your electronic issue and get your phone or computer back to “better than fixed.” Most importantly, I was treated like a person, not a number. Be mindful though, Jackson is a circus during high tourist season, so give the employees some breathing room because they do get swamped with walk-ins. I’d give this business 10 stars compared to other computer/phone places I’ve used. They did a Great job fixing both my phone and computer. Thank you!

I recommend this place 99 out of 10 times (yes ten), these guys saved me and at an honest price with incredibly timely work. I was passing through the area for a day when my iPhone X became unresponsive. Some I’m in Wyoming with hundreds of miles to travel and no longer have my GPS, addresses, etc. in short I’m f’d and thinking I’ll need a new phone. I contact these guys at 9am, get them the phone by 11am, it’s working and ready by 2pm. The deal was a new battery and with eval, labor, parts, etc cost about $85. I BEGAN THE DAY THINKING I WOULD NEED A NEW PHONE. They saved me and they’re

Joe was amazing! I was from out of town traveling and working when I started having issues with the battery in my MacBook. I knew that it needed to be replaced but it started to affect the keypad which made working on it impossible. We were only going to be in town for a few days and he somehow fixed the battery and returned the computer in lightening speed so that I could continue working the same day that I had dropped it off. Him and his team are miracle workers and I am forever grateful.

I took the company iPad in after I got told by another store that we'd need to buy a whole new one! I wasn't optimistic that they'd be able to help me, but much to my surprise I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with a fully functioning iPad, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME. I was so impressed; 10/10 would recommend and will visit them again if we have any more problems.
