During this pandemic this Ohio Valley Credit Union has charged me several late fees! I have called 7 times for the President of the Bank or the list of Board Members! They will not call me back, they have ignored my messages! I gave a teller cash for my car payment and it was put in my savings and they will not process my payment causing me to hit 30 days! Anyone else having issues with the employees in the loan department?

Funny thing going on in accounting for two years. in clermont branch. be carefull your loan percentage will change by time you get paperwork. Stopped my son from getting mortgage. they lied about percentage.I… told him to go elsewhere he got a loan and was in his house in two weeks. they lied and made credit score go from six hundreds to four hundred this week. calling fed regulators and Justice Department this week's going to ask for a audit.
