We offer primary care of the eye. Everything from eye exams to medical testing to treating eye infections to prescribing lenses - glasses and contacts. The most important thing about this office is that I want to provide the same quality care and technology as Optometrist offices in a big city.
In addition to traditional eye exams, we take pride in offering additional testing to patients such as Visual Fields, Retinal Photography and Retinal imaging.We were able to serve Cordoba, MITC School's students and staff, Potrero, Tetlazinga, La Cumbre, and Niera. As always, the people put the "Mexican dust" on our hearts and blessed us just as much as we blessed them!

I am commonly called Dr. Jaime. I grew up in Edgewood, TX and graduated High School there. After moving on from Edgewood, I was undergrad Howard Payne University while playing tennis. I then moved to University of Texas, Arlington, to start nursing school. In between studying, I began working for an Optometrist to earn some extra money.
An Optometrist is the primary care giver of the eye and that's exactly what we strive to do. We also treat all ocular infections and diseases. We strive for a different experience - one that cares for your vision AND your ocular health. We recommend yearly comprehensive eye exams to maintain the health of your vision and eyes.
With a huge rise in technology it should not surprise us about the effects it has on our vision. This is not just computers, it's also tablets, laptops and smartphones. They all emit blue rays that cause eye strain and damage the eye. We offer a variety of lenses that help decrease the intensity and glare caused by these products.
I take pride in fitting not only the basic contacts with precision and care but also those contacts for patients that have been told in the past that they are "not good candidates" for contacts. We have an excellent contact lens team that is able to fit contacts for astigmatism and multifocals. But we don't stop there!
Dry eye is one of the most under-treated diseases of the eye, yet one of the most debilitating. Most patients do not even recognize it as a disease. We offer numerous treatments for dry eye including (OTC) treatment, prescriptions, punctal plugs and even specialty contacts. Dry eye syndrome is an eye condition that can develop when your eyes don't have sufficient moisture.

Made an appointment back august they told me a date that was about a month out, i waited to the day all ready to go and was called 1 hour before hand that my appointment had been cancelled so they rescheduled me for almost a month later assuring me that i would get the next cancellation should one come open should have known better the appointment came due and i still had to wait along time for exam. dr. malouf was very nice and professional so i thought its worth the wait, i was then shown several pairs of glasses and picked one out. then paid my part. was told they would be in a couple of weeks

This office is so awesome at having the worst professionals, that aren't friendly or personable and not a trustworthy place. Extremely over priced. They try to give me glass I couldn't see clearly then proceeded to argue that they would clear up in a couple of days when didn't. Jonah then suggested they get me lined bifocals free upgrade when I prescribed no line bifocals by Dr. Malouff. Extremely over priced and will never back nor referring them to nobody.

Violated my HIPAA rights, most expensive pair of glasses I've ever bought. Worst customer service. You sign a contract that says that there's no refund but they do not give you a copy of said contract. Glasses were wrong cropped about having to refix them because I couldn't see out of them. Said that my other glasses were the problem they had to fix the points on the new glasses like my old glasses when the doctor told me my old glasses were the best prescription I've gotten. Don't use this place w orst people I've ever dealt with don't use this place

Violated my HIPAA rights. Worst customer service ever. Didn't receive a copy of the contract that I signed that said no refunds. Didn't receive a warranty with the glasses as they told me it had a 2-year warranty. Sent my glasses through the mail instead of letting me come and pick them up so they could be adjusted for my face. Don't come here It is the most expensive pair of glasses I've ever bought and the worst pair I've ever received. Run fast run far do not come here...

I called for a appointment and was told to arrive at 2pm on Wednesday the 12th. We arrived and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have a appointment on 8/12/20 it is on 8/24/20 and stated she called and left me a voicemail this morning. Obviously if I wasn’t scheduled for the 12th there should have been no reason for her to call me on the 12th to tell me not to come in because the doctor was not going to be in. She never left a voicemail because she never had my phone number.

My husband and I have been getting glasses and contacts from here for years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have a very limited schedule that they are always able to work around. I had insurance issues on my last visit and Brenda took the time to resolve them for me. I purchased contacts for the first time in my life 4 years ago and Gena stayed after closing to make sure I could use them properly. Lindsey helps me pick out the perfect frames every time. I absolutely love the doctor and staff. The doctor is great and does great job of getting my prescription right. The staff goes the extra mile in assisting you in getting the right frame. After going to other discount places and ending up with glasses that weren't right I finally went to 20/20 vision. Mostly because of the convenience. I continue to go back because of the service.

Worst eye place I have ever been to!
This office has some of the rudest staff I have ever met in a doctors office. They are are so over priced for the products and quality you receive. My glasses broke 2 months after I bought them and I spent well over $300 on them after insurance. They did not offer a replacement pair due to a old balance on the account which was unpaid from insurance not me! And I paid the $300 for my glasses so why not offer my replace pair since I had a 1 year warranty anyways!
I requested my Medical records and they refused to give them to me since I yet again have a balance

I really don't understand all of the comments about how they have rude customer service. I have been using this office for about 8 years and have never received anything but kind and courteous service from the staff. Dr. Malouf is always on time and very patient during the exam. I've never had anything but positive experiences at this office. Highly Recommend.

I’m so grateful for this wonderful, professional, friendly, personable, beautiful and trustworthy place. We are so blessed to have such a gem in Wills Point! Dr. Malouff is exceptional and has been such a blessing to our family over the years; not only with her knowledge, but also with her personal care towards each of our specific needs.
