Used all the excuses in the book to not retint my car. Did not want to honor my life-time warranty. Told me to go at 2 pm and then told me it's too late. Told me he bought the business but he did not make the warranty on the original work. Left me waiting in the hot parking lot even though there was a waiting room on the other side of the building. Told me I waited too long to replace the film and I might lose my defrost. It was 90 degrees or more for months. He sent me home and told me to wait for a hot day. I called again and he finally on another Hot 🔥 day, 90° F and he told me all the same

Called to make an appointment to get windows tinted the gentleman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude! changed my mind real quick on going to this company. If he was that rude on the phone just trying to make an appointment , I can’t imagine how the tint would have turned out upon reading other reviews, I see I made the right choice now by not going here!

The tint on my car is flawless! When I got in the car and drive home after the tint was complete the car ride was so cool, I didn't even have to have the A/C on full blast! I chose the one with the most heat protection, and the work was done so quick. I am very impressed, will recommend to everyone I know.

Customer service is 100% of the lifeline of any business. I called made an appointment with this business. On my arrival the person behind the counter said your the appointment thats going to be mad. Did you come a long way ? I have another job that is going to take another hour. I understand things happen and possibly it was unforseen. But have the courtesy and respect for a customer whom you could have just as easily picked up the phone and called back and said I'm running behind. If a business isn't willing to do that they don't respect you or your business . I was a little leary as when this

Very unprofessional, Tints where not cut properly, I’ve had 7 vehicles tinted over the past two years with precision cut and they always come out perfect, this guys tells me that the precision machine does not cut them to precision as the way he put them the tints do not reach the edge, just bad man. I never take my time for this but this service was trash. The guy that worked there two years ago did a way better job. Not coming back for my other work trucks 🤦🏻♂️

I would highly recommend Global Film Tinting for vehicle windows. I just had seven windows tinted on my vehicle and it took about an hour, which was perfect. The person doing the tint was friendly, courteous, answered all my questions, and was flexible with my schedule. They have a waiting area with a couch and a tv which was great for the wait. My tint looks great and it came with a lifetime warranty. No complaints!
