Bill Nation is outstanding. I put in an info request through cycletrader, which most of the time you're even lucky to get a response at all but he responded instantly, even when the office was closed! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal on a bike. Even when I was annoying at times, he never got upset and kept focused on making sure I WAS HAPPY. And best of all he was UP FRONT about ALL pricing. No surprises. Everything was exactly as he said, and NOT PUSHY about anything. Fly and ride purchase on used Ducati. Asking price agreed upon via phone conversation, no haggling on my part. Showed at agreed time up to pick up the bike .Bike in as described order, ready to ride. Helpful staff except for the finance/ CFO manager , who treated me with distrust regardless of

Eric did a great job getting me set up with a new helmet. Listened to my needs and got me what I was looking for within my price range. I came in just a few minutes before closing, but he was gracious enough to help me out and keep the shop open past closing in order to find the right item. Great stock, and beautiful shop filled with high-end bikes and products.

I went to pro Italia to get 2 atv tires changed met the owner at the check out counter, he ytold me they didn't have tire machine for my size tire and gave me reference to a tire shop that did then ask me if there was anything else he could help me with and I said give me a good deal on that 2020 multistrada 950s he had in show room he said ok and quoted me a price 3k less than 2 other local dealers had quoted me that same week and I took him up on his offer and in less than 2 hours he personally delivered it to my door. It made for a pretty good Sunday I must admit.

Place is clean and safe from covid, every one is wearing mask, Michael the service adviser is very good he will give you choices when it comes to serving your ducati, their bike selection is nice, i personally like the X scrambler. they even have a little table outside so you can enjoy coffee while you wait for your wheels.

Took the 2003 immaculate (collectable) RS250 Aprilia to Pro Italia for a simple inspection. The folks there were nice enough and the inspection was kinda ok. There were only a couple of deceptions that I wont bother about because they didn't Upset me as much as the Scratch in the side panel through the decal and buggered the plastic...!! I couldn't believe it!! And when brought to their attention they said it was there and not their fault. Total BS...

Staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Their parts department has a large selection of accessories that you can put on your new bike! Very sales oriented so be ready to learn about every item they sell regarding your new motorcycle. Took a long time to get the paperwork signed, and take delivery of the bike, so block out 3hrs or so for this process. Bike is amazing so far, and I look forward to my relationship with ProItalia Motorcycle.

I bought a 2016 multistrada here and could not be happier with the experience. My sales person Ben was genuine and informative. He took his time with me and was accommodating to my specific needs as a rider. The sales process was smooth and financing was excellent. I even picked up some new gear here and the staff walked me through some of the latest products.
Coming from Long Beach, I learned from one of the owners Bill that Pro Italia has been in business here for 30 years and by the service I received, I can see why.
