They are unable to work with individuals that need to straighten the frame but do the rest of the repair themselves. There's a business opportunity for you smaller shops out there!
Otherwise they gave us friendly and efficient service if you go the standard route through the insurance company.
Update by customer:
It was NOT a total loss AT ALL. It was a salvage purchase from COPART that I repaired it at ZERO cost with a few hours of pulling and tapping to straighten the rear door that had been pushed in. It was not a perfect repair, but it passed inspection and I sold it for more than I paid

Called and said my car wouldn't move after I trusted my vehicle in their hands. Claimed to have a transmission specialist look at it and said it needed a new transmission. Towed vehicle to transtech, owner said they messed it up but it didn't need a new transmission. The gears were just interlocked. Kurt at trans tech had my car whipping around the block within 10 minutes. I would avoid this body shop at all cost, take a look at toys done right.
Edit:
Looking back I should've taken them to court.

I was in an accident this winter with a brand new vehicle. I was hit in the rear and front. Bob Cook was my contact at Brimeyer and he was great! I had high expectations due to the newness of my vehicle and was very forward in my expectations. Brimeyer did a great job of meeting my expectations. One day I needed a loaner and Bob had it running and warming up for me! What a nice touch. I hope not to need more body work in the future, however if I do they will be first on my list! Thanks:)
