Terrible. Had to wait over 30 min for my cleaning and then they only cleaned for 12 minutes super fast and with no attention to detail. Didn’t even offer fluoride. And it was the dentist that cleaned my teeth. That’s the hygienist job. Are they not able to or qualified? Makes me think no one there is trained right. Won’t be going back and will have others stay away.

They are very welcoming very positive attitude and they are very good with appointments I also appreciate their transparency with costs and I think their prices are great. Only challenge was they took time to get to my appointment but was no fault of theirs but an emergency but I would recommend them...

Well worth it. As a child I didn't have pleasant experiences with any dentist. They never stopped to consider my feelings or to educate me. I.made a vow to find a dentist that would do just that for my children and they did exactly that! Doctor Setti, if I am spelling it correctly, was patient and very informative. She never rushed us and heard all of my concerns. My boys did so well with her and the staff was superb. They were considerate and helpful and made me feel at ease about the entire experience! I enjoy going to Pleasant Run Family Dental . Doctor Cooper removed several of my teeth which was a difficult procedure. He’s great. I hadn't been to the dentist in so many years and really was ashamed of how bad I let my mouth become. Dr. Patel and her staff were so good to me and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in until I left. During the entire treatment her and her assistant both kept asking if I was okay, if I needed a break and just kept reassuring me that everything was going smoothly. I truly appreciate the job she did and the professionalism of every one one staff. They will definitely be my go to spot for all my dental needs going forward!
