They can be printed directly from your uploaded file, or use a receipt template or invoice template to create your own personalized form. Printed in 2-part; 3-part; 4-part and some sizes are available in 5-part, in single color or full color.

We were not able to transfer your previous orders from our old lighthouseprinting.com to our new lighthouseprinting.com. We do have all your files saved, so if you need us to email you the file, we would be more than happy to email it to you, along with your old order details. This will ensure that you receive the exact reorder from our older website.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express and Paypal. Sorry, we do not accept Purchase Orders. To ensure your order gets processed right away, payment is required at the end of checkout. If your order is "In Production", no changes can be made to the order. If the proof has not been approved, the order will need to be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed with the correct information.
We ship UPS Ground FREE on orders over $50.00 to the continental US. UPS Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico is additional. Prices may be calculated by entering your zip code in the "Shipping Quote" button on the product page for AK and HI. Shipping price will be displayed during checkout for Puerto Rico (enter Puerto Rico in both the State and Country boxes).

We really love working with this company to create invoice books that we use at my art gallery in New Orleans. The quality is perfect, the helpful workers are polite and incredibly responsive when we order, and the time it takes for our products to be created and shipped is very fast. We are very happy every time with work with Lighthouse Printing. There are printers locally, of course, but we prefer to order from Lighthouse to get exactly what we want and need with no hassle and at a good price.

Great printing company! I get an email letting me know where my order is at from start to finish. Service is great and answer any questions have. We received our orders in a sort time frame - which is fantastic! And their prices are very good, spending less with them and getting better quality forms that other companies I have used.
