The Turquoise Trail Campground is nestled in the cool forests of the Sandia Mountains only 15 minutes from Albuquerque. The campground is located on the beautiful Turquoise Trail National Scenic Byway (NM Highway 14), the scenic route between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We offer tranquil RV, cabin and tent camping in a gorgeous mountain meadow overlooked by the Sandia Wilderness.

It will be our pleasure to have you stay with us when you visit central New Mexico!
Services
Our park offers big, level 70' full-hookup pull-throughs with 50/30/20 amp service available. These sites are wide and long enough to accommodate even the largest rigs. Awnings and slide-outs are never a problem. There are grassy areas between each site with picnic tables and some sites are shaded.
The Turquoise Trail understands tenters and we are proud to offer the best tent camping in the Albuquerque area! While remote wilderness camping is not available within 15 minutes of any major city, we offer quiet tent sites to travelers that want to be near Albuquerque. Our tent area is isolated from the RV sites and our mission is to offer tenters a relaxing and safe environment.
Follow Interstate 40 east. Take Exit 175, (Turquoise Trail National Scenic Byway, NM 14) which is 6.5 miles from Tramway Blvd. Go 4 miles north through Cedar Crest. We are located on the left side of the road; look for the campground billboard and the blue camping symbol sign. Turn left (west) on Snowline Road and go 1/4 mile.
